Well, we won and lost.
The Boy will start Riverfield on the 17th of June. I can’t remember if I posted that or not, but I am very pleased!
The Envoy is fixed. Almost $450 and a new starter later. Whatever. It drives and is paid for– headaches and all.
2010 Prius. I cheated on the local dealer and called one in Kansas. They found the exact car I want and are trying to trade. If we get that one, I can have it in about three weeks. If they do not get that one, they will search again and keep trying. Amazing what a motivated dealership and salesman can do. I put down a $500 deposit and am hoping to have a car by the end of June. If not, well…at least I am not spinning my wheels…yet.
Minnesota. Still mostly unplanned and disorganized. Whatever. I am getting on the plane in the morning and going to have fun. Period.
Gutters are progressing and I am certain they will be worth the $600. The gutter-man is awesome.
Peppermint (my dell) is at the doctor’s office (read a coworker of a friend’s hands) trying to get fixed. He asked for my password, so I am hoping that means positive progress!
Work simply grows crazier, but fortunately our student is full-time for the summer, a second student starts the 8th of June (to replace student #1 ’cause he’s going to law school) , and there is a third FT economist. Good stuff here!
Blog-ville. I discovered that some comments were marked as spam. Oops. I saved them and am working my way though the 1800 comments I imported. This might never get done. LOL!
Time to run!
