We rode the train to Milan and caught a taxi to the hotel.  It was so much more than I expected! Our first room (yes, there were two) was very nice, but the sitting area did not have a door. Usually when we travel, we try to get a two room suite, so if The Boy needs to nap, we can still go on without worrying about waking him. I would have made the room work, but Kevin wanted it to be perfect, so he went and got us set up with a new room. It, however, was not yet ready, so we had to wait to move.

In the mean time, we went to eat lunch and do a little shopping. The food was tasty, and Kevin bought a new wallet. At our last stop, I fell in love with a bag, so it came home with me.

When we got back to the hotel, our new room was ready. It was more than I could have ever imagined and turned out to be more than worth the small difference in price.
