Welcome to our new blog! It’s not 100% up and running, as my archives are still over on blogger, but until I have them here, I will leave that site untouched.
A lot has been going on…besides this site.
I have been having severe headaches. The chiropractor has alleviated some of the pain, but at one point Tuesday night (like 630 or 7?), I told The Boy that we had to go lie down because mama wasn’t feeling good. He was really sweet about it, and every few minutes would ask if I was feeling better. When the medicine started working, we got up for a bit, because he was not ready for bed.
I spent much of Monday at a reservoir touring a power house, dam and project office. This one of my favorite parts of my job– having access to these facilities that are no long available for public viewing (without a lot of paperwork).
We made cookie dough this morning, but we didn’t bake our cookies tonight. We went to a charity dinner for my friend’s uncle. He’s had a series of unfortunate medical events and has been unable to work for a while. It was fun, but I missed my “how to” tour for this new site. I thought I had broken it once already, so hopefully I can refrain from doing that again! Ha ha!
The Boy’s new spot is accessible by signing up for an account. I did that so I can control a bit who is looking at his site. I might make it so I have to approve your account too or set it up for you, so email me if you’re having problems. Also, The Boy’s posts are not on the RSS feed, so you’ll need to actually remember to come check his blog.
