How can I tell when I have not been blogging enough? Well… when Rose calls and asks if I am ok, it’s a sign. LOL! I’ll try to do better. Sorry readers. I’ve been all over the spectrum. Super busy at work with the resignation of the “other” economist. She is moving to Alaska with her husband, so I can’t blame her. I had to travel overnight for a public meeting last week. Next month I am going to the Senior Economists meeting in Kentucky for three nights…assuming I can find someone to take The Boy or Kevin is still around. School is going well and keeping me busy.
As you may have read, last week we bought The Boy new shoes. Other than that, he’s been playing and having a good time. We did get him moved up to the next room at daycare, so he could be with the rest of his friends from Ms. Peggy’s class. Sometimes he uses the toilet, sometimes not. He does say some of the darnedest things already. I laugh especially hard when he says “bye bye penis” when getting his diaper on. I need to catch that on video. His memory is sharp too. He remembers things from day to day that astound me.
Kevin is working out really hard lately. He won’t have the benefit of pre-season to get himself in peak condition, so he is doing it himself. His agent says we should know more in the next week or so. He says that a lot, but with season starting, I actually believe it this time.
