@Melissa– It was given to me from a friend (jenny). I have no clue where she got it. She just said it didn’t fit her, would I like it, and I’m kind of cheap these days and liked it, so I took it!

Vietnam makes me emotional too. I have two uncles that fought in it, but above and beyond that, I think your point is right about how those particular veterans seem to have been blacklisted so much, not to mention the atrocities that went on over there – I know ALL wars have atrocities, but those guys saw some horrible stuff – and then to come home and deal with the “homecoming” (or lack thereof!) that they received just kills me.

I really do want to see DC – soon, I hope! It is definitely on my list of must-see places. But leave it to me to notice fashion even in the midst of lovely historical monuments – beautiful dress!
